How about different insulins and what they each do.
Differences between the different types of diabetes, type 1, type1.5 , type2 etc.
Patient guidelines for diabetics.
 
Perhaps a section devoted to fats, the various kinds of them, what the dangers and benefits are etc? I find this subject confusing, and many here hold views which contradict medical advice.

Just a thought.
