Anything with no additives must be wholesome eh? The kids cerels are filled with extra vitamins. Do our kids need vit from other foods because they aren't eating what's naturally supplying these vit? That was the 'eat real food' blurb?
I must admit, I never did fancy all the plastic stuff that came with my daughters toy kitchen, although she did give some a try when she was teething.
Couldn't disagree, any 'real food' would be better than imitation stuff.
I was given aspirin like we are given statins when officially diagnosed in 2002 as a type2. Not sure about type1s. I think it depended on their health status.I thought aspirin thinned the blood thereby reducing the risk of stroke and making it easier to get pregnant. (Very, very ancient snippet of info). Is it true diabetics used to be automatically prescribed aspirin?
Have a restful day. My gran always reckoned sleep healed the body. Hope your GP has an answer for you tomorrow

Some kids do. They have very limited food range. Even some adults.
There are different CVE that are classed as Stroke. One type is due to blocked plumbing in the brain leading to braincell loss (ischaemic), and the other is flooding damage due to burst blood vessel (Hemorrhagic)/ The third main cause of stroke is where the heart misfires and the blood clots but this is often mistaken for ischaemic since the after effects are the same.I thought aspirin thinned the blood thereby reducing the risk of stroke and making it easier to get pregnant. If your getting chest pain when resting and when exercising then it could be unstable angina .. took ages for my Dr to realise I had unstable angina, as its not to common. You should ask your Dr if you can have a Nitromin spray (glyceryl trinitrate) to stop the chest pain. They haven't given me any indication of angina, no treatment or med. I had to take aspirin last night to relieve chest pains. It worked. Seeing gp tomorrow for guidance. ill today so home with hubby. A bad night all round. I couldnt shift a hypo but sick of hospitals and coming home feeling no better. I stayed home.
Knackered today and still heavy chest but no way as bad as yesterday. I'm sure gp will investigate further. I just needed a break from hospital/doctors/nurses appointments.
Staying home today. I need the rest.
GP appointment in the morning so I'm sure I can wait til then.
If the so called Experts had to put their own lives on the line, I wonder if they would vote the same way?http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/201...-dismissing-saturated-fat-link-heart-disease/
Seems the establishment are not happy about Dr Malhotra et al rocking the boat on saturated fats
