Hi it’s Bristol rich I have the same problem T1 since 1968 who has a spike after eating. increased insulin means hypoglycaemic attack at 10:30 am. Have just started using libre and able to reduce carbs at meals to bring down spikes when I enjoy eating! also very good guide if have been physically working hard to eat early. Averaging 8.9 74mmol. Adjusting insulin by half a unit or by 15 minutes has not produced any changes In my body. I would like a smooth the curve if possible any ideas ?

Which insulins are you using? How far in advance do you bolus?
