I have this morning had my 6 month HBA1C blood test, I expect it to be circa 40.
An hour after having the blood taken I randomly checked my blood and it was 11.1, I have never had readings like that in recent memory!
I suffer with DP and reading would be 7.x. I have no breakfast and only salad for lunch and a pre lunch reading of 6.x.
My evening meal is conservative with pre and post of 4.x and 5.x/6.x.
Where has 11.1 come from? Is it connected to just having blood taken i.e., the liver dumping glucose in response to my blood being "invaded"
