Spiking after carbs - on pump

Can anyone help - I can't get hold of my dsn at the moment and am quickly losing confidence. I've been on a pump for 2-3 weeks and my bg readings have been really good until a few days ago when I started spiking after each meal, no matter what carbs were in it. I've been careful to carb count as accurately as I can and have taken my bg before each bolus to make sure I bolus correctly, but post meal spikes are hitting 16mmol. Is this a basal rate problem or my i:c ratio? It's happening both at times when I know my basal is/was correct and at times when I haven't tested the basal rate yet. This is really knocking my confidence and could do with some advice.

If 2 hours post food, more than likely your bolus ratios need increasing, does depend on the gi of the food though. test your basal to be 100%
