I have a electronic spiraliser and it’s fab for things like corgette because they are soft.
As soon as I try to do carrot fir example it is useless.
It’s electronic so figured it would manage it.
Hate the hand held because I spend more time spiralising my fingers than the veg.

Any tips please?

I really want to try celeriac spag But no idea how to do it if spiraliser won’t spaghetti it

You could try a julienne peeler, although anything ultra cheap old likely snap.

A mandoline will successfully slice vegetables into long sections with the julienne slicer. However, it is a dangerous implement that you should always use with the supplied guard.

What if I sliced into long chips then cooked slightly then spiraliser would that work better because it would be softer?

Celeriac chips are "ok" if you like the taste and texture so you could just have bol and chips? Or make burgers instead of the bol? Just an alternative...

I have the original spiralizer with the crank handle and I've done most things on it - in fact I'm sure it would a housebrick if I tried ;)
