Changing that habit doesn't necessarily involve eating what some people think of as 'healthy' (salads) - I tend to eat omelettes, fry-ups, lots of meat, bacon (I count bacon as its own food group!), cheese, low-carb jelly with double cream and high-cocoa chocolate grated on top. Make sure you do eat - if you don't, you'll be hungry and more likely to reach for something high carb, as you've found out.</p></blockquote><p></p>
