Splenda easy carrot cake

Has anyone tryed the Splenda easy carrot cake,I am going to try this just wanted to get some feedback.
Any ideas.

I have look in the Low Carb Recipe thread but I cannot find the recipe, any help would appreciated.

raymagic, it all depends on how low carb you want/need to go, I am another one who cannot handle any kind of sugar or flour without a massive spike in bg levels.

Here is the link to the lower carb carrot cake, I have made it a few times, sometimes I add a few chopped walnuts to the mixture. its very nice.
