Subject: Splenda recipes plus much more


I may be a little slow off the mark and this website may already exist somewhere in this forum, in which case I am sure you will let me know. In case it does not, I have just been to Splenda.co.uk to get a recipe to bake a cake to take to work next week for my birthday, last year I bought cakes for everyone that I could not eat - had enough of that Thought I would share this, and many other delicious recipes and lots of useful stuff on the Splenda Website.

Thanks for the splenda site link , they have some great recipes there as far as I can see

Just had a look at their recipes - they are mostly hopeless for anyone following a low carb diet - way too high in total carbs. Does anyone know any similar UK sites which have low carb recipes

Just one thing - I would make people aware that the cakes contain artificial sweetners - I have two friends both alergic to some artifical sweetners and some other people like to avoid them - it would be "assumed" that any home made cake would not contain them
