Splitting my dose

Hi I'm thinking of splitting my Levemir dose due to frequent lows while at work. I currently take 1 shot of 17u nightly. How would i go about working out the correct hours between doses :-/ Thanks

I just spilt mine in two twelve hour periods. 09:00 and 21:00.

10-12 hours between doses is the norm, if you don't want to split dose then try another basal insulin like Lantus or Trisiba.

I just split mine in 2 and did the injections roughly 12ish hours apart (morning and evening).
