Sporty Forty.e t

So I went out with the intention of walking for 10 mins and then coming back home and in the end decided to keep walking for a bit longer and did a total of 50 minutes.

Does anyone want to see my ice bucket challenge video?

Go on.

40 minutes on bike. Bit of cleaning. Endless loads of washing as junior back home.

Anyone know how to reduce a file size, its to big to upload

Hi welcome to the mad house! it's good to see a new face here. This thread is great fun and we're all very well behaved and I'm sure no-one skives at all .....ever

I did my 40 mins walk this morning whilst it was still just misty. It's pouring with rain now, so misty was good.

Well done you, I'm not sure I could cope with the shock of doing that!

I've not done much the last couple of days, had a friend over doing hobby stuff, although we did have a walk out on Saturday to see the two Lancasters in the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight. Raining now so it will probably be rowing and stepping today.

...its been bucketing it down ever since I got up, so its indoor stuff for me too, bodyblade and twistboard, a bit of skipping too...I don't seem to count the skipping as exercise its just like being a kid again doing the bumps [double skip]...

Low carbing helps most people with their blood sugar control.
I have lost2 stone , taken a while but I feel so much better and can cheat a little bit. .I don't push it though.

Ooohhhh I am so excited, it's not often I can say this. ..wait for it ..It's sunny and warm in Ayrshire
Pity its not a bank holiday here and Im stuck in work ( late lunch ).

Well I have been out this morning for a walk round the supermarket and then walked on to the Spanish version of B&Q to get a new tap . Home now and completely knackered so will have a walk round garden after dinner when it's a bit cooler x

Not been too well, but managed 25 mins of physio yesterday.
Slept until 11:30 this morning. Got up grabbed swim kit then remembered pool shut today. Grrr! Still in pyjamas at 2:20pm. So will try a bit of PJ dancing or invisible hula hooping, and finish up with some Pilates later.

40 minutes on bike then a shopping trolley dash round Asda. Needed cat food and some cooked meat for picnic lunch tomorrow - place was heaving - do folk not have anything better to do than shop?
