Read back to my previous two posts since Jan.24…so now over 7 months with Libre 2 monitor, Toujeo (has been settled for most of this at 32), with Fiasp as needed normally at 1 units per 10 g carbs. Carried on swimming 5 times a week x50 mins, and intermittent fast ( 16+-8) 5 days and less so (14-10) weekend. HbA1c 40/41 ( which incidentally diabetic nurse was too low, GP knows but not comment)…and still negligible weight loss (1 kg in 7 months). Asked GP for help but he is too concerned with Long Covid related high BP and HR with postural hypotension, believing it’s ’overmedicated Levothyroxine’ for 22+ year old chronic hypothyroidism. Any suggestions to once again ask GP to help with weight loss in type 3c?
