hi, im type 1 i started insulin at the begining of april (novomix 30). from starting insulin i have put on over 1 stone in weight!! could do with sum help
 
What in particular do you need help with? Putting weight on after starting insulin is normal as you would've lost weight before you were diagnosed as your body wouldn't have been able to use anything you ate as a source of energy so used your fat stores.

Things probably seem a bit daunting at the moment and you've probably got lots of questions but there's lots of people on here that have been there, so ask away.
