What are peoples experience of starting on insulin type 2 for 13 years on Metformin jardance semiglutide recent hbac 83

When I started insulin it was like someone had given me a brake in a runaway car .Just could not control glucose and was desperate to sort it .Insulin feels natural unlike drugs ie metformin and various jabs ,so go for it it works

It's given me far, far better control of my blood glucose levels, and I don't need to worry so much about carbs so long as I balance the carbs with insulin. Also because I'm using a Libre monitor I no longer have to stab my fingers to test my blood glucose.

Hi, I kinda like Borderters analogy, if you’ve been trying hard and failing for a long time, insulin is wonderful, it’s a liquid miracle, but scarey!

Not to be taken lightly, take it slowly, best of luck.
