No "problems" as such, but Simvastatin had no effect whatsoever on my cholesterol figures. My hospital consultant moved me onto what he described as "The Rolls Royce of statins", so I think that means it's good: Rosuvastatin. Works wonders for me and I can't report any side effects either.
