Hi Folks
I've been diagnosed Type 2 for about 6 months and doing well on diet control. In the first 3 months I lost almost a stone and that helped my BG control considerably, however, my cholesterol remained high so I was put on statins. What interests me is that since I've been taking statins my BG levels are consistently normal. Before they were up and down a lot, naturally depending on what I'd eaten. Now they are normal even two hours after 8 chocolates! (I know! But it was Christmas
)
Can anyone explain it?
All the best
