I've been taking statins for years (even before I was diagnosed diabetes) and have been taking Q10 on and off for a while. Due to the recent press about supplements containing some synthetic in them I know that soft gel capsules are best if taking Q10. Can anyone recommend a good, soft gel synthetic free capsule brand as there are so many out there? Thanks
