look for pinhead oatmeal. Online both Tesco and Waitrose have it.

Holland & Barrett sell course (pinhead) oats at a reasonable price.

Both H&B and Tescos/Waitrose sell the cut, rolled oats, not the plain cut oats. I was looking for the cut, not rolled version that need plenty of cooking and would hopefully be very low GI.

I currently use the whole rolled oats which give me a gentle BG rise, but I think the finer cut and rolled stuff won't do that.

It may actually work out cheaper though online!
