Step up for Santa

Probably doesn't count, but I spent about 21/2 hours using my birthday present, a voucher for the Spa at Bath. Got very wet anyway, swimming in each pool, one on the roof in the open air. This is November. Got very steamed up in the lovely steam rooms: eucalyptus, jasmine, lavender etc. Probably more relaxation than exercise, never mind.
 
Lizdeluz your swam , you walked from room to room etc etc that's your 30 minutes done in my eyes lol
 
How many people would have thought about their 30 minutes activity a day this time last year?

When I started being active in February I would never have dreamed that we would have come so far felling proud
 
Ooh I could do with a spa day! Does walking in the rain count lol
Did a 30 minute walk at lunchtime and then another 25 min walk this evening before dinner... This was to make up for my really lazy day yesterday ....I didn't even bother to get dressed...
 
in theory was skipping today as I've got some cold lurgy but Mr E suffering from an infected area of his body that is making him walk like John Wayne so I've ended up doing all the shopping and unpacking and chasing the cats up and downstairs so I'm calling that my 30 mins today.
 
I'm feeling virtuous today. I changed my dessert choices for our works christmas meal from a very naughty pud to the cheese platter. Which is good cos it was raining at lunchtime.

Lenny I praise thee lol. I am finding being good a struggle . Readings aren't to bad but I think that's just luck.
 
about 2 weeks ago I gave myself a target of 1 stone loss before christmas, 4 down 10 to go!!!!

Don't know why but I'm finding this challenge hard . I just want to hibernate when I get home because it's really dark and cold. If I didn't have you lot to keep me going I think I'd give up.
Anyway I keep going so 35 mins on old numb bum garage machine , at least the rains stopped and been a nice day .
Also I know that I ll feel **** if I stop being active so I ll keep going and keep my BS under control
 
having to give today a miss. Too full of cold to peddle- my legs feel like jelly as it is and my pulse feels like it is having a work out on its own. Going to have an early night and lots of fluids.

Thanks- me too. So much to do and I wanted to shift another stone by xmas- now all I want to do is comfort eat. I'm going to have a whole small apple and pretend it's an ice lolly which is what my throat really wants.
 
@Jamrox i want to hibernate too - but I've only just started to do some exercise so if I stop now I'll loose the motivation I have... So now that I have to come on here and report back it pushes me to do a little bit every day..

30 mins walking in the cold and dark...Feeting sorry for myself...but berries and cream later

Cold ethyl try making some ice cubes with diet juice ,not the same as a real ice lolly but a good substitute . Difflam throat spray will help too.
 
35 minutes on numb bum . Felt Weird after it BS 4.3 . I seem to be best about 5.3 . Now for a shower.
