Only managed a 15 min walk today at lunchtime... So I will be running up and down the stairs for a bit once my dinner goes down

Walked to the shop and back for half an hour , if anyone saw the floods here today you would know that was a lot harder than it sounds.

Only managed 5 mins peddling as out and about .. But walked round shops and two supermarkets and climbed stairs at carpark.

30 minutes walk at lunch time yesterday, would've been longer but spent 20 minutes queuing in Game and I only wanted a voucher...

50 long driveway laps ... that turned into 100.. Swore 25 would be my limit and just kept going. Nice and cool here so no reason to no keep going. I will sleep well. Mike

Peddled for 16 minutes after breakfast and will do same again after dinner.

Been up and running around since early... I believe I did about 60 minutes real walking. Now sitting down to relax with a cup of tea..

I'm embarking on fit for Feb's fifties as I have two fiftieth dos then, one of which is mr E's and I want to have my photo taken with him - a first since son's christening 21 yrs ago. I'd like to lose a stone at least by then so going to be combining exercise every day with probably three low cal days a week.

Today - popped into town for sales.. Of course M and S was shut despite saying it was open online!! Got pair of boots in Tkmaxx so not all in vain.
Was ready to be picked up before designated time so walked round the carpark briskly for 20 minutes ( anyone watching would think me mad- I did check all the cars were empty). Plus 25 minutes peddling.
