It's amazing the calories you use up climbing the stairs
 
It's a nice night here so went for a 40 minute walk in the dark .
 
Nuthead I'm making the most of the dry nights ,doesn't happen often lol
 
Walked around Edinburgh a lot today , it's buzzing here . I love Edinburgh xxx
 
Did about 1 hours walking yesterday. Today I've woken up with sore throat and feeling rubbish so may be day off today.
 
Spent the day replacing cowboy chipboard upstairs (put down years ago when central heating put in) with structural grade 3/4 inch ply prior to recarpeting. Lots of measuring, sawing, fettling, screwing. And mowed the lawn to cut back bl00dy garlic which insists on growing everywhere.
 
Went to Edinburgh Castle today , it was free because it's St Andrews day . Walked for about 3 hours .
Lovely day .

Home now , how awesome is my daughters birthday cake

Wow thats a great cake. Did you make it? I make good cakes but dont really have the patience to decorate much.
 
Oh Lenny wish I was that clever . Unfortunately no a local woman made it , it's even better than the photo and she is so happy with it
 
Well its the thought that counts!

I've had a busy 3 days and tomorrow Dad is taking me shopping to buy my Christmas present, so plenty of walking!

Lost another pound this week, but the last couple of days the keto stick have been getting darker so hoping for extra loss this week!

Wow that's an amazing looking cake.... In the old days I would have begged for a bit.... Now I'll just lick the screen as its lower in Carbs lol
 
45 mins of walking. 30 at lunchtime and 15 this evening when I ran to the corner shop. Brhhhh it's cold out there

Same here, not been exercising for a couple of days, back to it as soon as I feel better ..
 
Have to admit I had a bit . Was really well behaved all day so I could have a bit . It was delicious and I figure that If my bs goes up I'll walk up and down the stairs til it comes down
 
Oops bs 9.7 !!!!! Better move a bit .
