Anyone else get this? Hands are stiff in the morning. Takes about 15 minutes to start feeling normal. Is this diabetes related? Maybe more likely arthritis?
Yes, I get that. For me, it is arthritis. Tends to flare up when I eat certain foods (usually tomatoes, potatoes, aubergines - all the nightshade family, also grains and gluten in any form). It has improved tremendously since I gave up on all the veg That were triggering it and went carnivore.
For me, it's from Rachmaninoff's Elegie. They thought I had arthritis when I was first diagnosed as my hand joints were swollen. But that turned out to be from high BS.

I also notice my hands go numb quicker when holding things (like a cell phone). The numbness is quickly relieved when I switch hands. Maybe I'm just getting older......I don't know.
I’m getting a lot of stiffness in one hand and pins and needles. They are investigating nerves in neck, doing physio (by video!) as well as considering after effects from shoulder surgery a few years ago. I noticed on the blood form this week they included bone profile and rheumatoid factors. I wait and see what results lead us towards. I’ve thought about osteoporosis arthritis too but didn’t think the pins and needles came with this. (@Goonergal@Brunneria im assuming you are meaning osteo not rheumatoid arthritis)
