Hi FG  Your ketosis post got me pondering about by badger breath. I got some ketostix from Amazon and tried one this morning. It turned pink which may explain why nobody is queueing up to kiss my smelly mouth this Valentines Day! :yuck: lol I know exactly what you mean!! My blood pressure monitor is being delivered today and I am BEYOND excited about this :woot: BP a bit high and I said I would test myself for a while at home rather than take the meds. Nurse is ok with this for now. And I ate lentils last night without spiking! I am disproportionately happy about this too :joyful: (The stroganoff was just mushrooms, by the way.) Things are really looking up for you at the moment which is great to read :)
