Wow just had a slice with a pat of butter - delish! I didn't know how those whole almonds would turn out but they are just toasty!

How did it cut? Looks like you would need a VERY sharp knife.

Very weirdly, it didn't! Whether that was because I ripped it violently out of its tin while it was still warm, lol!

Sorry just got excited re this one - this gives more options like baking it in muffin tons if you're going on a journey or adding courgettes for a moister bake... Only 5 mins to prepare, and preparing the nutty mix in freezer bags sounds like a good idea to speed things up...

Possibly not the best thread I could read on a day when I'm fasting... that bread looks so yummy. Have you worked out how many carbs in it yet?
