Stopped eating so much bread, my tummy is much slimmer

HI Guys

Although I was only just overweight my tummy was getting to large compared to the rest of me.
I always ate too much bread, far too much.

I eat some bread every day but now much more vegetables, cold meat and cereals.
What a difference to my tummy,everyone has noticed and I have dropped a trouser size so quickly.
Miss the bread, but feel so much better in my health and moods.

Cut the bread if you eat lots of it and are struggling with your weight.
No need to stop altogether just cut it down.
Especially if nearly every meal like mine included it.

Sounds like you might have had a wheat intolerance Jimmy, pleased you found the solution to your problems :)
 
Glad you are feeling so much better Jimmy! It's always good to find a solution to problems but for myself, I can't go near bread of any kind. It spikes my BG's through the roof. If you can tolerate it I am glad for you :)
 
I've got a wheat intolerance one half of my family is diabetic the other half is coeliac!
I basically live on a diet of gluten-free, no cows milk and low sugar.

I get awful belly pains if i go near gluten, yeast or full on cows milk
