After 10 weeks.... i have stopped my Trulicity.
it wasn't working for me.. i have actually gained weight.. not because of TRULICITY... but, probably due to my higher dose of gliclizade.
my activity levels have stayed the same. i still go plenty of walking and train 3x a week at the gym. although my energy levels have been bad and i have walked to the gym and then just felt drained and walked back home... although there is a gym park near the facility which i would use most of the time. - maybe that is the plan after my membership expires.. to just use the park gym. its free to.

I have read many threads and other peoples stories on Trulicity and most got good benefits from just 0.5mg and i didn't get anything from 1.5mg or the 3mg... which is why i just stopped.. my constipation has gone from stopping the TRULICITY which is good because i was struggling with the constipation for a long time.

i was going to be moved onto 4.5mg the highest dose and i declined due to the fact that if 3.5mg wasn't working for me what more could the 4.5mg do.. many people probably would say.. "try and see, maybe it would make a big difference" - The pharmacist who i know told me that Ozempic is the same so... it won't make any difference - i have a phone-call appointment Tuesday with the GP so will discuss other ways to lose the weight- because, i was only put on the trulicity to lose the weight.. and unfortunately i didn't have any luck.. I only want to lose 4-5kg but i will hopefully she what the GP offers me.

this morning my levels were 8.2 and after 13.7 which is usually what i get after the 1 hour mark.. and 2 hour mark i am down to 10mmol.
less snacking in the evening is making a difference.. also i am drifting of to sleep easier from stopping my eating around 7pm. i would love to feel the effects of the sleep because i still sleep for 9 hours and wake up and feel tired.

Trulicity didn’t help me lose weight either, but like yourself I was also on gliclizide. I haven’t had courage to stop it yet, I’d like to know what my hba1c is first. Did it affect your blood sugars at all?
