Storage of insulin

Hi all just a quick question if you have a couple of mins. I collected my daughters insulin this morning, wpuld usually come straight home a put in fridge, but due to circumstances beyond my control i was delayed. In all the insulin was out of the fridge for around three hours so what i basically need to know, is that ok or should i treat it like i would when it is in used and just keep it for the 30 days

Personally I wouldn't worry about 3 hours at all, not on a chilly day like today! would be different if it were the height of summer or if you'd left it on the car dashboard in the sun or something. I'd just carry on as normal.
