Stormy Walk

Yesterday my son and I went for the walk we had planned even though the awful storm was doing its worst up on the high cotswolds .Walked a long way with rain and gales lashing my eyes badly strangely I really enjoyed it. Got on scales today and had gained a whole pound in one day so text my son to tell him and he soon replied done worry mum its just rain retention LOL

Must have been fantastic.
I love walking in bad weather - provided you are dressed for it!

At the moment we have two small very furry dogs that take 6 hours to dry naturally, or too long to dry under a hair dryer
so I tend to wimp out, but used to love the wind and rain lashing at me when I walked.
Of course, also loved the warmth, and the food and the hot drinks when I got home too!
