Strange thing happened?

Hi friends,

Just a quick question as it is almost 11pm here and very tired so off to bed...

I had a great result today in regards to my reading 2 hours after tea at 9pm which was 6.8 but have just tested as we speak and before bed I was 8.9 and all I have had in that time is a cup of chamomile tea??? Is it just one of those things, what do u think?

Hi,
Had you eaten a lot of protein?
As I found out a few weeks ago (someone posted a link for me, apologies can't remember who it was) protein can take hours to digest and turn to glucose!
Fats can also slow things down.
I called it evening phenomenon!
