Strawberries

My diabetes my anger and my sugars :-(
I ate 6 strawberries today to test what my sugars may spike to.. The confusing thing is they went down by 3? Does that mean strawberries don't effect me??

Was that at 2 hours after? if so,looks like you're OK with them.
 
Strawberries are less than 8 grams carb per 100 grams, so very diabetes friendly. Just love them really!

When I was browsing the carb contents of frozen berries (as you do) in the supermarket recently, I found that strawberries were the lowest (and, of course, the most expensive). But lovely!
Great dessert - strawberries, mixed seeds, fromage blanc on top

I love that I can eat my fill of strawberries without really having to think about it - SUCH a nice thing to eat and SUPER nice because I don't have to worry about carbs!
 
When we were having a family get together my grand daughter made strawberries dipped in dark chocolate just for ME every one was jealous

Most fruits ending in berry are low in carbs.
 
will have to stock up on these as i miss my fruits alot x
