My diabetes my anger and my sugars :-(
I ate 6 strawberries today to test what my sugars may spike to.. The confusing thing is they went down by 3? Does that mean strawberries don't effect me??

When I was browsing the carb contents of frozen berries (as you do) in the supermarket recently, I found that strawberries were the lowest (and, of course, the most expensive). But lovely!
Great dessert - strawberries, mixed seeds, fromage blanc on top

I love that I can eat my fill of strawberries without really having to think about it - SUCH a nice thing to eat and SUPER nice because I don't have to worry about carbs! :p

When we were having a family get together my grand daughter made strawberries dipped in dark chocolate just for ME every one was jealous:cat:

Strawberries sprinkled with freshly ground black pepper and balsamic vinegar are good too :hungry:

rude d/n nurses and being treated like im wierd because im diabetic
