strength exercises

soaps on telly and people talking about the characters as if they were real.
Reading the board the last few days, I'e seen a couple of comments about exercise, which some people find difficul to do, for various reasons.
I'm lucky! I have no painful conditions and my local authority owned leisure centre has a reasonably priced membershop for older local people like me.. I do Aqua mobility exercise classes 3 times per week and some classes in the gym too. At home I have my "weight training studio" I have 3 rubber resistance bands tried to the footboard of my bed. They are of different strengths, so I can do a range of exercises with them. I found some on-line and asked my gym instructor for some. AND they don't do an injury if dropped. They cost just a few pounds for the set of 3
