When I have tested my bloods with my machine they vary from 6 - 9 yet when I go the hospital or doctors it goes sky high up to 13+, my diet does not change but my BS goes up is this due to stress?
I have type 2 and my doctors have now provided me a new machine that they issue and my BS still increase when I go the the doctors or hospital so it was not my machine showing wrong numbers. how can I lower my BS?

Stress can definitely play a part in raising your BS unfortunately. What are your HbA1c's like, if it is staying stable or reducing then it's not having too much of an effect on your body. Is there a reason you feel so stressed when going to the Dr's as it is quite a high spike and trying to calm yourself down before you go might be a good idea. Do you test your BS regularly to get a full picture as just doing random testing won't really tell you much.
