Stressing

My Blood sugar level were getting into single figures recently now my insulin has gone into the 30 units level. However over the past day or so (gone up to 32 units) it has gone back up to double figures some being mid teens, I have been rather stressed due to waiting inside all day for a Yodel delivery that never seems to arrive
could this be the cause of the sudden increase ?

Probably the stress combined with not going out.
I average 20,000 steps per day and if i was to then spend a day doing nothing at home i would need additional insulin or my levels would increase alot.
