Struggling to cope.

Been living with type 1 diabetes since I was 8 now 34... last year I have found it really difficult to cope with the daily changes...
Currently on tresiba and Fiasp..

Anxiety is taking over blood levels all over the place as I’ve got older it’s become harder and harder get no support..

When did you last see your specialist?

Are you having random patterns with BGs or is there correlation with food or a certain time of the day?

I feel your pain to some extent - I have support but the things I struggle with seem to go beyond any support on offer which is frustrating! Do you have a team to help you at all? X
