But for example i have 2 weetabix and 1 slice of toast in the morning. I use levemir from backround and have 18 units! and then i have novorapid and i take 16/18units of that. But by 11am by sugar can be up to 11 or 12! could it be where i am injecting the insulin aint acting as it should or is it i not using enough insulin or should i just try starving myself and see how it effects it???? also does anyone no where i can get some really good info on carb counting as i dont really have a clue about how much insulin i need for what i am eating! hope u can help guys!
