Slurred speech and confusion can be a direct effect of low BG. So stuttering could definitely be another one.

Not stuttering! But definitely not remembering some things and slow speech, slow thoughts, slow actions.

It is the symptom of low blood glucose levels. Not enough glucose getting to your brain because of hyperinsulinaemia.

I lose words. Obvious ones like 'cup' or 'door' or 'test meter'.

End up saying 'pass me... it... the thing... THAT!' and getting annoyed that the useless person I am addressing doesn't IMMEDIATELY understand my meaning.
