Yes, used to do occasionally and resulted in the insulin absorbing slower, so working for longer also. Usually meant going too high at the start but could not correct as it would of resulted in a low over a period of time. Im now on a pump but when on injections used a 4mm needle. Also very lean at the time. Even being lean using a 4mm needle meant injecting straight in, no need to angle. Would suggest that.
