Type 2 Substitute for flour

Hi friends thinks by of making some quiches but wondering which is best to use as a substitute to flour if there is one.
Would appreciate your help.xx
 
I would make frittata instead of quiche.
It’s pretty much the same thing, just no pastry ... and quicker to make.

Failing that, you could make normal pastry, roll it out extra thin and not eat the bits up the sides (just the base).

Sorry, I don’t know any alternatives to flour for pastry.
 
You could try using fathead pizza dough. But the frittata suggestion is better - easier and quicker.

That's called brilliant idea to make a frigate,I will do that as I can still put what I want in it.
