My childhood was like any human being playing, eating and eating everything I started my studies and unfortunately I had to end it I did not complete even the preparatory level I had to look for my own project The mobile phone revolution has already begun I started working in learning programming 2000 My problem with diabetes has started I have never heard of anything called diabetes With psychological problems of programming and sitting continuously on the chair. Nine years later, the fateful day came. I was trying to connect the computer cable. At this moment my feet fell to the ground. I felt a strong electric snap. I do not know was three days or moments. A week later I started up to three times a night. So I decided to do the analyzes and the news was shocking 310mg/dl At first the problem was co-existing with the disease. But later I knew I was wrong I should have considered him an enemy Because I paid dearly. At first there were no symptoms of frequent urination. Then the problem began to lose muscle In nine years I lost twenty-three kilograms Drink plenty of water. I went to the bathroom almost every two hours One day I was walking up the stairs. I feel sponge under my feet. But I was surprised when I looked at my feet and found nothing I knew it was a problem added to the list And so gradually my feet became like a fire I became sleepy as if I had never slept The problem began to heal slowly Then the circulation began and The heart became weak. So came this year. So I decided to do the tests. It was a shock. I Like a nuclear reactor my Hba1c was 12.80% my blood glucose was 282mg/dl I started looking for a solution even though I knew it was impossible But I was lucky when I found this forum I was more fortunate with some privileged members. They gave me a lot of advice Like @Bluetit1802 and @Grateful It changed from a man who lost hope to another aspiring to kill diabetes I called the doctor and described me metformin 2000mg per day and gliclzaide 60mg per day. Some doctors describe me as insulin. But I preferred to never metformin. Diabetes decreased by a small percentage. Some members advise me to do pre-and post-meal analyzes. The result was quite spectacular. I discovered that the problem was in his diet I began to leave sugar, bread and pasta. The change began from 220mg/dl to 130mg/dl just 3 days. Two months later i decided to give up medicine from 28.11.2017 without medicine now always I test my BS it's was between 92mg/dl. To 110mg/dl I hope it continues to decline
