So I looked up whether there was anything that'd help the T4 to T3 conversion, and I started a combined selenium, B6 and zinc supplement, taken an hour or two after my levothyroxine. My thyroid hasn't been swelling since, but I haven't had the opportunity to have a re-check done. I do feel quite a difference though.
