I am a one year old type two diabetic. I have recently started the HFLC diet. I am suffering with beer with drawls
but I have found some thing I enjoy and is very refreshing. When I am getting the urges to go buy a few tins, I take a pint glass put some ice into it with a good dash of lime cordial and fill the glass with soda water and give it a stir. A slice of lime and small umbrella optional. Very refreshing and that bite of lime really helps get rid of the need for beer.
Some times I get sugar cravings the urge to run up the shop and buy a big bar of chocolate is almost to much to take. How I get around this is I put a few Jalapenos on a small plate and nibble away at them
with a small glass for milk on the side.
Any one have any reasons why this is bad or indeed if it good?
Thanks
