i have been type 2 diabetic for about 11years now,i always carry 2 or 3 stone more than i should be, I have been to both weight watchers and slimming world over the years and I really struggle when people tell you to buy low fat items which everyone knows contains a very large amount of sugar.
Does anyone out there know what type of foods we are supposed to eat that would give me proper control of my blood sugars. It is really difficult when you go shopping to find the correct foods for consumption
