Been 2 weeks since I stopped eating sugary foods and a week since I lowered my carbs. I have been fine until today, all I can think of is sugar, please tell me it passes! May pull my hair out.

Yes have a square of choc :) I have small portion sizes of the 85% when I want to have that fix. :) @Scandichic has a recipe for low carb mug cake here in this forum which I've tried and it's quite good :)

I find a bowl of berries and cream hits the spot.
Or cheese.
Or a good high protein steak n salad, with mayo.

A few minutes later, the cravings have vaporised.

I have a cup of coffee with a spoonful of Splenda with a load of double cream, that hits my sweet buttons :)

I make a pastry with ground almonds, after baking and cooling, I fill it with a ganache made with half double cream and half melted 70% chocolate, top with berries and munch on it. Failing that a ganache rolled into balls a coated in green and blacks cocoa powder.

It will pass. And your hair will grow back.

I used to like sweet things but now I don't. I have a small bit of 90% choc regularly, but that isn't very sweet.
I have xylitol sweetener in the food cupboard but it doesn't come out very often, certainly not for tea and coffee. Just for cakes.
There are recipes on the forum for really nice sweet stuff.
Is that you pulling your hair out in your avatar? You're very lucky to have any so I should stop :p
