Polyols aka sugar alcohols, are very different from artificial sweeteners like aspartame or sucralose or saccharine, that have no calories and no effect on blood sugar. Sugar alcohols affect blood sugar just like carbs and sugars.I will look it up

I have tried these sugar free biscuits they do not taste sweet, but still only have a few at a time and I buy them from a large garden centre on the a 31 near Bagshot Surrey KPJHas anybody else seen the gullon sugar free biscuits, have you tried them, and what do you think of them?
