Sugar free sweets!!!

Hi all,

Hope your all well?

I'm 7w pregnant and I've got awful craving for sweets!!! Diabetics worst nightmare lol!!

Considering I've been type one for 26 yrs I've never really tried sugar free sweets without fear of getting a bad tummy!

Anyone got any suggestions to help try and keep me sane lol xx

Sugar free sweets are great but are well known to have a laxative effect. You will be ok having around 10 sweets but don't eat many more than that!!
