I’m new to all of this and wondered if someone could advise me, I’ve done my levels 2-3 hours post food and before lunch and they were 11.3, I feel very tired and have a banging headache, is this anything to be concerned about please

It's a bit high. What did you eat and what type of diabetes do you have ?

Toast whatever the colour often causes unhelpful and unhealthy spikes in blood glucose as you have experienced.
Eggs and bacon won't.

I have hovis lower carb seeded bread. One slice is 9g carbs and is half my daily allowance. With LOADS of butter. Double cream in my coffee.

Those are a bit high, what were they just before eating? Not totally clear how much you increased by over food there

Slightly of tack, but if you like the "seedy" bread the Burgen soya and linseed is the same carbs per 100g and your get a full size loaf for the same price
