Slightly of tack, but if you like the "seedy" bread the Burgen soya and linseed is the same carbs per 100g and your get a full size loaf for the same priceI have hovis lower carb seeded bread. One slice is 9g carbs and is half my daily allowance. With LOADS of butter. Double cream in my coffee.
