Hi all. I tested my sugar levels as usual this evening and was surprised to get 2 different results. Now I had this before but there wasn't much difference between them. This evening I got 9.0 in one hand and 4.8 in the other. I think the 4.8 was right as I felt like a hypo was coming on before I tested. Anyway I went with the low figure. Good thing I got the 4.8 and didn't go with just the 9.0 figure and wind up injecting too much insulin..in other words good thing I tested twice. But I hope I don't wind up testing twice each time. Cheers Kevin..the first figure I got was 9.0......i didn't believe it was that high so tested on other hand..4.8. Cheers again..
 
Could be something in that. I ate a bit of orange before testing.could be juice on hand. More on one than the other.
 
6.6 this evening and 7.3 in same hand. In fact it was tested in one hand not 2 as I said. I'll always go with the lower number. Go with the low...
