Sugar levels ????

Hi all just a quick question I am T2 not taking medication as I didn't get on with it so doctor told me to try diet and exercise which I am, I haven't felt to clever the last few days I keep going funny headed and dizzy like I am going to pass out, my blood sugar tonight was down to 3.5 when I have been 7.3-7.8.
 
or jelly baby sweets or ordinary cola say half 330 ml can? that would help bring your sugars up.
 
I hope you are ok.
3.5 is to low,it should not realy be below 4.
You can also feel strange at first changing how you eat.

Thanks for the replies no I do not know what to do if I have a hypo, I had a little bit of sugar free choc not feeling to bad at the moment I am going to ring doctor first thing in the morning. I didn't realise T2's could have hypo's as I thought t2 sugar levels were normally high.
